Introduction
Appleton Uniprof™ UniTIM™ is a translucent insulation material (TIM) specifically designed for use in double- or multi-layer Appleton Uniprof™ channel glass systems. This innovative material enhances heat insulation, solar control, and noise reduction performance, making it a versatile and energy-efficient addition to architectural glass applications.

Delivery and Storage

• Delivery: Supplied as pre-compressed material on cardboard rolls with integrated clips, typically 10 cm longer than the ordered glass length.

• Storage: Store in a clean, dry environment at 10–30°C. Avoid extended compression or exposure to moisture and dirt.

Handling and Installation Guidelines

• Wear gloves, protective clothing, and particle-filtering masks when handling or cutting the material.
• Avoid installing in humid or rainy conditions to prevent condensation issues.

• Ensure proper sealing of glazing components to maintain optical and physical performance.
