ASG was formerly Pilkington Solar (Taicang) Limited, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established by the UK-based Pilkington Group. Founded in 2006 and put into operation in 2008, the company is located in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, in close proximity to Shanghai with convenient access to Hongqiao transportation hub.
